It’s incredibly tempting to crack open a bar of Green & Black’s mid-afternoon, but according to CHLOE DOUTRE-ROUSSEL, author of the Chocolate Connoisseur, we should be drinking the stuff instead.  Cocoa Powder is rich in antioxidants and therefore super-anti-ageing.  Try having a cup of cocoa with water instead of milk when you feel your energy levels dropping – but don’t be tempted to add sugar!
